How We Make West Affordable for All
The best thing about West Catholic Prep is how we help our students find their purpose and passion. And maybe the next best is how committed we are to making West Catholic Prep affordable for our families: 95% receive scholarships and aid.
Our commitment to affordability is part of our Lasallian tradition. We believe that all children should have access to a quality education — no matter their zip code.
That’s why West Catholic Prep won’t let cost stop any student who is admitted based on academic qualifications. With a combination of scholarships and financial aid, we provide more than $2 million in tuition assistance each year.
“I invite families to learn more about this by signing up for a Family Tour or attending our Open House on October 26,” said Director of Admissions Dominique Fuller-Finley. “Of course, families can always call me to talk about their student. I can be reached through the Admissions Office at 215.386.2244 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.”
Need-based awards are determined by the financial aid application that all families are asked to complete when their student applies for admission.
Academic-based scholarships are awarded based on achievement criteria such as report cards, principal recommendations, and the 8th Grade Scholarship Exam.
Students see what makes West best when they sign up to be a Burr for a Day. They get to shadow a student, sit in on classes and have lunch together. BURR FOR A DAY
